So even though anything can happen, you do have an element of control. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most important is that since it&amp;#39;s usually very physical, you get to use that adrenaline the way your body wants to use it. For the ruminators, this extreme thing needs to be all-body/mind consuming in order to make it impossible to ruminate, at least for a while.
